Calais Mesquite NV Luxury Homes in a gated golf course communityCalais - a small community of upscale custom luxury homes that were crafted with expert workmanship and high quality materials - designed to satisfy the tastes of discriminating home owners.

A minimum of 2500 square feet is required to build in this subdivision with homes as large as 6100 sq feet that have sold for well over $1,000,000.

Many current owners purchased a lot for sale in Calais to build a home and designed the home of their dreams - these homes may never be for sale - some folks just want to live in their dream home.

Custom designed chef kitchens with superior quality granite counter tops, many with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, walk in pantries, and spacious dining areas make entertaining a pleasure in these elegant homes.

Many of these custom build homes in Calais have family media rooms with full theatre and sound.  Some have wet bars with built in wine racks, and refrigerators.

Calais Mesquite NV Luxury Homes in a gated golf course communityMaster suites with spacious bathrooms usually have large windows to take advantage of the golf course and mountain views surrounding these luxury homes.

The walk in closets with custom shelving and storage are as spacious as would be expected.

Front courtyards with flowering desert landscaping and back covered patios with a breathtaking view of the Falcon Ridge golfcourse make these lovely homes feel like a private resort.

Some of these custom homes have a casita - Casitas are usually separated from the homes by a courtyard and have their own full baths, walk in closets and sometimes a kitchen area.  With their own entrance, a casita can be used as a private guest house for visitors.

The 2 or 3 car oversized garages usually have room for a golf cart and extra storage.

Several homes are for currently for sale in this Mesquite NV luxury neighborhood from $705,000 for a 3359 square foot home to $1,450,000 for a 6161 square foot home.  One foreclosed home is for sale at $750,000 for a 5608 square foot home on the golf course.  Building lots are still available from $160,000 to $275,000 - the smallest lot is just over 1/4 acre, but most lots are 1/3 to 1/2 acre - all with city, mountain or golf course views - and some have several types of views.
