WWW (Wordless Wednesday with Words) at San Diego Harbor

I've been a walker all my life, trying to take at least a 20-minute walk each day.

Two of my favorite places for a leisurely stroll are along the San Diego River in Mission Valley and along the San Diego Harbor in downtown San Diego. 

The Embarcadero along the San Diego Harbor is a vibrant and active area. It's fun to watch the tourists, wildlife, sailboats, Navy ships, and even the locals. The San Diego Port Commission also commissions public art along the Embarcadero, some of it controversial and some of it not necessarily being defined by some as public art even though it is in the public.

Recently, I found the following public art by the Cruise Ship Terminal. Perhaps the eye of a critical foreign tourist?

I'm putting together a slide show of a walk along the Embarcadero which I hope to have up this evening. In that slide show I'll show you the rest of this big guy.
