Fran... Thanks for the welcome back... just not sure if this is a trend, or a one shot deal... too soon to tell. I have buyers chomping to get into Cromwell Hills.. right now I'm focusing in on that. I'll check out George's post.

Hi Valerie, welcome back, was wondering what happened to you. No Tuesday morning trivia!

Ed... It has been a crazy summer... having two sons, trying to keep them busy, working, vacationing... it has been crazy. I'm going to make a point of picking up the Tuesday Trivia after Labor Day.

Valerie, it is a big advantage to be on the FHA Approved Condo List these days, and Cromwell Hills is not only the FHA List it is on the CHFA List as well.

Nice seeing you picture pop back up on my screen ............ I can use the extra points ......... LOL

George... Cromwell Hills is the only one in the area that is FHA & CHFA approved. No lawsuits, and the rent to owner ratios are low. Can't get any better than this?

I just wish I could get a few listings here.... I have a few buyers looking in this complex, but just don't like what they have seen.

Jen.. Can you believe not one person called to even inquire about this? I even do a mailing and a notice in the newsletter that goes out to each owner. Go figure.
