The subdivision of Desert Ridge had 20 homes sell during the month of May 2007.  These home had an average list price of $530,842.50 and average sale price was $509,622.50.  As of May 31, 2007, there were 15 homes under contract in Desert Ridge. The average list price of these pending homes was $560,373.27.

There were 73 active listings in Desert Ridge as of the end of May 2007.    The average list price of these active listings was $570,282.18.
