Fairgrounds Triangle Neighborhood Night Out

My neighborhood, the Farigrounds Triangle recently held its Night Out Against Crime and it was a great success. So many neighbors and even homeowners with rental property in the area braved the heat to join the fun and discuss important safety issues and ideas.

Thanks to the Farigrounds Triangle Neighborhood Association for all the effort. It was fantastic. Sorry for the grainy picture from my camera phone!

This looks like a nice group of folks -- and a good cause!!

We are a pretty nice group, Carla! It's exciting because this was never a popular nighborhood, but since Katrina we have rallied and taken it to new heights. The neighborhood association is new and strong and it's very exciting times to say the least.
