Great article to read here. Having a great diversity in industry will keep us afloat here in abilene with all oars in the water. Too much dependency on any one of the sectors, i.e. Medical, Military, Manufacturing, could leave us stranded.
Hello Coleman,
Sorry we didn't make it in to your article. http://www.texasrebusiness.com/articles/AUG09/cover2.html We were responsible for getting NEO Energy into Windstar Industrial Center and are the leasing brokers for the facility, which included Coca Cola and the USPS remote encoding center.
Our firm does a significant portion of business in the industrial sector. We are currently working with Gamesa, GE wind energy, Altezza and Integrated wind energy systems.
We also work in further west Texas. We have a facility in Sweetwater that System 3 out of Carmichael, CA is leasing space. They are working for ONCOR on the Tonkawa substation in Sweetwater to begin installing transmission lines.
I hope to hear form you when you need an article on west Texas. There's something new happening every day! These are exciting times.
Cheers,
