Carrying a handgun is certainly a common practice in Texas. Whether you carry or not, oppose it or embrace it, there are some changes that you need to be aware of. Not everyone that carries does so legally. In other words, some have a concealed permit and some do not. These changes affect both.
Edward, while it is always prudent to be aware of new changes in the law, this one I am safe from breaking, I do not carry a handgun. In our household there are deer rifles kept in a big metal gunsafe with huge locks on it. Yes, we eat the venison my soninlaw brings home each fall. BBQ is good for venison roast too. :) Ya know!
Gail. I do LOVE venison. When I lived in northern MI we lived on venison and salmon. Sorta kinda miss it....the food that is and not the cold!
