Amazing how you look all over the Internet to find something and its sitting right in front of you all a long.
Yesterday, I was trying to help one of my new Realtors find a flyer that she could use. I looked all over the Internet and tried to find something that would help her out. All found where these free trial offers.
So I downloaded a couple but when you tried to use them not all of stuff is available for you to use. So, it is really a free trial offer when you can't use all of the software. Yeah, I know the companies want to let you test drive some of the features without being able to save your work so you have to buy there product.
That is like going to a car dealer and trying to test drive a new car without any tires. You just can't do it. The people that right these software packages are smart enough to lock up man features in there programs; why can't they just lock up the save button or the print screen option. I mean without those you can't do anything anyways.
Well back to my story. So, I call up my husband who can find almost anything on the web and ask him to help me out. He says not a problem well come to find out he was playing around in the Microsoft word 2007 and stumbled on a couple of new features that i did not know where any there.
So he stayed up last night and made a couple of flyers and added them to our website: http://www.securemtgonline.com/HomeMortgageRealtorFlyer
He also added a little feature to these flyers that surprised me. With the MLS# we will take the sales price you list on the MLS and put it in your flyer and as you will see from the ones on the site your flyers will have different mortgage payments for your potential buyers to take a look at and be able to see where they will be looking at as far as payment on the house.
He told that he would be more than happy to help me and my fellow Realtors. if they would like to pick one of the two flyers on the site and submit the info that is required then he will get it worked up and sent over.
Sometimes husbands aren't so bad after all. Unforunately, I do have to limit this to the Houston Metro Realtors as my husband will take on more than he can bare to try and help everyone. He stayed up last night till 3 am, So I don't want him to be tired at his day job.
