The legendary Walt Disney once said, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." Walt had the right attitude and spirit in all that he did and where would TV, Movies and Entertainment in general be without his visionary outlook?
These past few years have been loaded with challenges in the real estate industry. We have seen many agents leave the profession, some of them needed to go, others weren't up to the challenges. Those that remain certainly are up to the market and economy and are successful.
One question I would like to pose; are your challenges fun? Are you enjoying doing the impossible as some would describe getting a listing or helping someone close on a home? I thought about Walt's statement and it is true, that some agents are doing the "impossible" during these times and having fun doing it.
I have ask myself, am I having fun? Am I enjoying the challenge during this time and market? I think I need to be more visionary and set my goals much higher and have fun meeting the challenges that are here. I want to be able to say, I did the impossible and had fun doing it. Do you?
That quote from Disney has been in my electronic signature for so many years now, I can't remember. I just can't find ANYTHING I like better! :)
