Congressman Price of Georgia - a Doctor for over 20 Years Speaks on this Health Care Proposal!

I am proud of my Congressman Tom Price from my district in Atlanta metro area. To those that do not know Tom, he is also a doctor before he served this nation as a congressman from Roswell Georgia. His remarks to a Congressional sub-committee have already been Blogged about across the nation, but I want to post them because first of all Congressman Price is a Doctor with over 20 years on the front lines of health care with his patients, and also because Congressman price is a true American. He votes as his own person, and will candidly tell you the truth.

You must take the time to just listen to his views, you will not be dissppointed in what he has to say! Then tell me what you think after listening to him!

Jim, we need Congress to listen to men like this. If the doctors don't know what's going on on the "front lines" no one does!

Connie Harvey Realtor Nashville TN Real Estate (Prudential Woodmont Realty) Tome Price is always accessible to his constituents, and he keeps us informed of what is taking place. He is accountable, and that seem like a rare quality these days for politicians. He is a breath of fresh air!

Nice to see someone looking out for their constituents and not their own best interst. If they insist in ramming this bill through our elected officials should have to use the same plan.

Hi Jim Tom Price has courage to stand up for Americans. The first two thing that has to be resolved with heath care is tort reform and dealing with heath care fraud, everything else needs to go on hold until that's done. Good luck and success. Lou Ludwig

I don't, and I have asked around to those residents and physicians we have done transactions with the last few years. They all hate it.

So when they say bi-partisan, are they seeking legitimacy for their greed? Now I am sure it is not for the people they are working, but for their own gain!

Hello Jim, thanks for sharing this. From what I saw we do need more leaders like Tom Price that come from the discipline in question, also having the courage to call-out the BS in these proposals. I'm still with Tom Jefferson, less government is better. I also agree with Lou, tort reform and a country with fewer lawyers would be a true sign of a healthier USA! John

David Slavin, ABR, SRES RE/MAX Grand, Katy, TX (RE/MAX Grand) I don't know if Tom has aspirations for that. I wish he would run for the US Senate from GA. I do not like our current US Senators. Most of the representatives from GA are really great. They have very similar views to Tom Price.
