A beautiful little lake by Coeur d'Alene standards, Spirit Lake is the highest of all small lakes in the Inland Empire with an elevation of 2,400 feet. Located on State Highway 41, Spirit Lake is 10 miles 
north of Rathdrum and within easy driving distance of Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Spirit Lake has 12 miles of shoreline, is 4.5 miles long and one mile wide. 100 feet at its deepest, Spirit Lake is home to an abundance of spectacular lakefront views with the majestic Selkirk Mountains to the west and north.
A search of the market stats in our MLS show that there are currently 9 homes for sale on the shores of Spirit Lake. There are no PENDING sales and there have been no closed sales in the past 12 months.
The 9 homes for sale range in price from $299,000 to $1,199,000.
For $299,000 you can get a fully furnished 2 bed, 1 bath cabin with bunkhouse, with 75 feet of frontage and an oversized dock with slip. It has 504 sq. ft. of living space and sits on 0.32 acres. It's located in Shields Bay and has been on the market for 29 days.
At the other end of the spectrum is a 3848+ sq. ft. multi-story log home on 100 feet of level, sandy lakefront. It was built in 1999 and sits on 0.57 acres. It has been on the market for 59 days.
The average price of all the Spirit Lake waterfront homes for sale is $571,000. The average Days on Market is 103. List price per square foot for the lowest priced home is $219.30 and $529.25 for the highest. The average price per square foot is $323.50.
