The way someone reads this could be good and bad depending on what side of the spectrum you are. From a real estate perspective this is very encouraging news that there is a possibility you may not have to give up the profession you like and that there are possible deals coming your way. On the other hand you could be the seller(s) who are in the midst of a bank foreclosure or that pesky short sale.
