SQUARE! Excellent post as we are facing inventory shortages in many areas of the country. Too many buyers and too few properties!

Hi Herb, you are absolutely correct, the time to buy is now while rates and home prices are low. And, time is running out on the first time buyer tax credit.

Nice friendly reminder Herb. The $8000 Tax Credit is set to expire, and with it taking 30-60 days to close, there is no time to waste.
