I guess I could live in any of them if someone would clean them for me. LOL
Wow. I can't wait for the next one. I wonder what $100,000,000 properties you can scrape up.
Connie: I never thought of that, but good point! You'd never get to the end of the house before it was time to start over!
Lane: Last in the series....but the 11 acre estate only had a 3 car garage.....I'd be having to build a new garage if I could afford that...cuz I'd be having me some toys!
Taxes of $10,848 on a $10 million property? That's cheap! If that was purchased here in San Diego for that price, the taxes would be $200,000.
Thom - That one on Long Island Drive must be tucked away as I just staged two homes over in that direction and didn't even know that this listing existed. I too wouldn't want to clean it. It would be like the Golden Gate bridge; just as they finish painting, they have to start over given how long it takes. Yikes.
By the way, I love that photo of you and Ray in front of your office!
Kathy
P.S. I want coffee.

Now these are my kind of homes. Great series.
Jim: I did not dig inot it further, but I thought $10k was a bit low on taxes...but it would never hit what yours are.....OUCH!
Kathy: It's a must for this week...I could use some inspiration...
Tom: I'd settle for a nice condo (or 2 in a couple different places) and a Prevost Motor Coach with a '67 Mustang Convertible and travel the U.S. and Canada for a couple years...or longer....
Three car garage? That is sick... I have a $375k listing with a 4 car set up... think of the toys you could buy with the extra change... and there is room for another garage, too.
;^ )
