"One Size Fits All" FHA Mortgage Rate - Not!

Every mortgage shopper if they are seeking an FHA mortgage, asks,

"What are today's FHA mortgage rates?" as if they are the same for every borrower.

Terri wrote a great article on the FHA mortgage rates and how they differ from conventional mortgage rates and even thought FHA mortgage rates are NOT "one size fits all", they can be estimated for those mortgage shoppers just trying to get a feel for the market.
