If you have clients looking the time to get it in writing is definitely NOW!!!! Buyers have to CLOSE by Nov 30th, not be under contract, but CLOSE. With that date coming up, roughly 14 weeks from now, you might want to knock this out early on and not be a part of the last minute insanity. I am sure there will be disappointed home buyers that don't get closed for one reason or another and this is gonna stink!!!! So, my advice, since we do not have an extension on the Tax Credit right now, is lookie loo, you need to be signing now!!!!
