The brand new 3 bedroom townhouses in Haymarket, offered by Ryland Homes qualify for USDA 100% financing.  The property where these stacked townhouses are located used to be zoned agricultural.  As a result, the townhouses that are currently being built there, still qualify for 100% financing.
