Housing is up 7.2%...$8000 tax credit...what are you waiting for?

July saw housing sales increase 7.2%. With the tax credit soon expiring, buyers should be flocking to snap up what is available. This is a positive trend that has continued for the past 4 months. This is the biggest increase in sales since August of 2007. This is great news for realtors, buyers and sellers.

My experience has been that my listings are selling quick. It certainly backs up the recent statistics. Whether you need to buy or sell, now is a great time.

Jamie - We have some really great home prices here in North Florida. The first time home buyers better get moving time is running out.
