Troy graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983 with a B.A. in Business. He has also completed post graduate studies at NYU. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, his professional career included working with leading financial institutions globally for over 15 years.
He worked in a sales and consulting capacity to provide training that helped his clients improve sales performance and enabled them to develop strategic client relationships. His clients included Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Bank of Montreal, JP Morgan, Barclay's Capital, Credit Suisse, First Boston, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, National Australia Bank, Deutsche Bank and many others. He developed strong client relationships in the U.S., Europe and the Asia Pacific Region.
Troy possesses a very strong understanding of the South Florida real estate marketplace. He has both managed and owned real estate in Miami, Miami Beach and Ft Lauderdale for over 20 years.
Troy's strong business background as a Broker, Investor and Licensed Auctioneer, combined with his skills and knowledge of the local real estate market make him an excellent choice to work with when buying or selling real estate.
