The Negotiator Interview......Saturday the 29th at 11am Eastern

THE NEGOTIATOR INTERVIEW

Saturday August 29th....(Now available on MP3) Wendy and I will be interviewing a Short Sale Negotiator from one of the major lenders. He's been doing this for 18 years and is a wealth of information. He has agreed to spend 90 minutes answering our questions.

Wendy and I have been negotiating with him for a couple of weeks now and have finally came to terms on his fee and the terms for the interview. He has to remain anonymous as it could jeopardize his job if they knew he was giving this interview.

It's feels kind of like "The Insider"!

We can assure you that the Interview is going to be awesome. Wendy and I spoke with him for about an hour recently and were blown away at the stuff we learned in such a short period of time. This knowledge WILL make you money.

BB - I'm confused. You posted this on the 22nd, and the interview is on the 20th. Am I in the twilight zone. NOW I SEE - You have two dates. The one on the bottom says 20. You can delet my smiling face after fixing it ;o)

So, s/he may lose his job if he discloses his secrets????? Interesting. Sally: It must be today. ;-)

OK it's the 29th. I'm a little drain bead this week!!!

BB - wish I could listen in but I will be working...at a leadership training session for CRS in Phoenix staring at 8 AM. Should be great stuff.

BB - I think this is money spent wisely and a must for anyone who handles short sales whether on the buyer's or seller's side. I almost would think it is detrimental. I'm there with coffee and PJs :)

BB.... I plan to do this but will be out of town. Will be catching it on tape. I cannot wait - this should be VERY, VERY good!

This is a brilliant idea. You and Wendy are very creative. Would love to hear your interview but duty calls. Maybe you could post some of the salient points afterward?
