Here's a rundown on our local market:

Number of homes sold in May 2007: 234

New construction represented 23% of the market with 53 newly constructed homes sold.  We have approximatly 1,819 home on the market with 586 of those homes being new construction (32%).

Average days on the market actually dropped a few days from the previous month of 110 to the present 96.  The average sales price also dropped from $180k to $168,905.

Compared to last year, our number of homes on the market is up by 10% or more.
