Great News for the South Peak Resort property owners group (and people that would like to become part of the slope side development).
In a letter dated August 21st, the Vice President of Terramesa Resorts (Todd White) has announced the completion of the financial restructuring with their lending partners. This news will allow the South Peak Resort at Loon Mountain in Lincoln New Hampshire to move forward with development plans. While no exact dates were mentioned in the memo, the over all plans call for a private ski lift to access the existing trails at Loon Mountain Ski Resort. Additional residential developments and common area facilities were all part of the approved master plan.

We are working on designs and approvals for several single family homes in the South Peak Development currently, many will exceed the 2 million dollar price tags when completed.

Skiers are very loyal to their sport, and family will always visit when recreational activities are part of the package!!
If you have been thinking about a White Mountain Vacation home, how does ski to your front door and access to the Pemigewasset River sound? Premiere skiing at Loon Mountain, river frontage, and White Mountain National Forest all abut this spectacular resort.
Take a look at some of the homes we have already completed at South Peak.
