The Twin Lakes area near Rathdrum is know for it's scenic beauty and fabulous golfing at the Twin Lakes Village Golf Club.

There are currently 12 homes for sale on the shores of Twin Lakes.  They range in price from $233,000 to $799,000 with an average price of $404,436.  List price per square foot ranges from $167.11 to $575,000 with an average of $332.89.  The average Days on Market is 110.

On the low end, $233,000 will get you a 3 bedroom, 1 bath furnished home with boat access only, that was built in 1918 and remodeled in 1980. It has 1230 sq. ft. and sits on 0.16 acres with 50 feet of water frontage.  It is located on the west side of Lower Twin Lakes and has docking privileges on the road side.  It has been on the market for 78 days.

$799,000 will get you a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3,817 sq. ft. daylight rancher built in 1992.  It sits on 0.26 acre with 72.68 feet of lake frontage.  It has a pool, dock and boat slip, and is located in Twin Lakes Village Golf Club.

No waterfront homes sold on Twin Lakes in the past 12 months. 

Currently, one home sale is pending.  It is a 1267 sq. ft. home built in 1951, describes as a remodeled waterfront cottage. 2BR, 2BA, large deck, lawn to waters edge, 6 appliances, furnishings negotiable. It has 1267 sq. ft. and was built in 1951.  It has been on the market 108 days at $259,000.
