As some of you know, I recently listed Kathy Passarette's home. Kathy of Creative Home Expressions, a home staging and decorating firm on Long Island, did a beautiful job staging her home for sale.

Kathy's master bedroom transformation was even featured on Newsday, our Long Island major newspaper. Newsday's feature, "A Restful Retreat Makeover in Mount Sinai", had wonderful before and after photographs of the Passarette bedroom makeover.

Love that pool! A developer once told me that only 14% of the inhabitants of a townhome development value a pool. I'm in that percentage. This one is a beauty!

Hi Li (BTW, love your name), I must be in that percentage too. I also love pools, and this one is definitely very inviting!

P.S. I had my first Open House on a very warm Summer day a week ago, and I had to hold myself back from jumping in that pool... :)

Beautiful home. You shouldn't have any problems selling it. Hopefully long before the fall where pools are then viewed as a detriment to the home rather than an asset.

Thank you Kim, the pool is not the only great feature of this home. This home is very spacious and has quite a lot to offer to many buyers. :)

We get to use our pool quite a lot, actually pretty much every day all Summer. My children love swimming. :)
