Looks like a very nice home. With your current market conditions to you think this one will sell at that price?

richard: repspectfully speaking, When a solid property comes on the market in las vegas, there is an international clientle that is buying and you will see 3-5 offer on trophy properties with in as little as 3 days. Prices in Las Vegas are 50-70% off of the 2007 highs of the real estate market.

Being from the DFW/metroplex myself - I am curious how is our home market? you doing well?
