If You Liked Superbad, And Are A Realtor, Here's Movie For You

Let's start this week with a little humor. This weekend I rented the movie I Love You Man. Paul Rudd, the main charector, is a Realtor. There are some hiliarous scenes in the movie that Realtors will think are particularly funny.

Warning- You will only think this movie is funny if you liked The Hangover, Old School or Superbad.

The funniest scene is when another Realtor is trying to convince Paul Rudd that he needs to bring him on as a co-lister for Lou Ferrigno's, the Incredible Hulk, house.

Sara, as I mentioned on Facebook, "I Love You, Man" was hilarious and had a lot of scenes that Realtors will appreciate. I haven't seen Hangover, but have seen the other two. While "I Love You, Man" did have some low-brow humor, it didn't rely on it as extensively as those other movies.

Sara - My husband and I just saw this last week and thought it was funny, definitely parts Realtors can relate to.

I love seeing the various depictions of real estate agents in movies. Most of them are hilarious. My favorite film about real estate agents is "American Beauty" with Annette Bening as the local small brokerage competing with Peter Gallager, the self-proclaimed "Real Estate King". His license plate reads "REKING." There are a lot of R. E. cliches in that movie.

Another favorite is "Glengary Glen Ross" starring Alec Baldwin, Kevin Spacey, Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon to name a few. I think you would like it. It's a classic.
