I hope its not just me but It seems like a lot of folks in my area, in and out of real estate are starting to notice that the sky is NOT falling!
Its a still little overcast, possible storm warnings in some directions. An sprinkle every now and then... but no need to wear that helmet!!

Interest Rates still at Low Levels..
Inventory ( in my area, anyway ) getting lower and lower...
Prices stablizing!
These are facts in my market... not puff.
As REALTORS, Lets pledge to just call things as we see them and maybe we can take the microphone back...
