Today looking at the statistics in The Orange County Register in Laguna Niguel we had more sales than in the recent past. Over 105 sales in the city and a jump of 32.9% in sales in the last month. Mission Viejo was up 18.6% in the zip code 92692 and down 17.2% in zip code 92691. Aliso Viejo was down 4.6% and Rancho Santa Margaritawas also down 15.6% in the number of homes sold in the past 4 weeks
Over all the all but Laguna Niguel showed a reduction in price for the last 4 weeks. Laguna Niguelshowed an increase of 3.2%. This is difficult to make any projections into the future based on this weeks adjustments. Laguna Niguel's up tick is good but minor.
We will have to watch into the future weeks and see if their is a trend.
