Richard, I can't say enough about Exit Realty!   OMG don't get me on that soap box, I finally have a retirement plan and if I retired today I could make over $7000 a month with the residuals I have coming in.  How many other Real Esate Companies can honestly say they offer that? Another 2 years like these past 2 and I'll be making $30,000 a month!  Isn't that just amazing in a BAD market?  I LOVE EXIT REALTY!  ANd we get our referral fees day one dollar one.  This is NOT profit sharing!  I've  had a better WEEK with just my residual income than most agents have had in the ENTIRE past YEAR.  How great is that?  How many agents can say they took their granddaughter shopping last week and spent $2000 on school clothes or how many can say they hired a limo for 8 hours to take a client and some key office staff to dinner this week, just to say thank you?  I'm usually not the kind of person to brag, but I LOVE what Exit has done to my life!

And Exit's training...our new E-Listings program!  OMG video, one click posting to all the major blogs, call capture, etc.  The only thing it doesn't took is cook my dinner!  But that's what husbands are for...aren't they?  LOL 

I did study the KW concept for 8 months before I decided to buy my franchise and I am soooooooooooooo happy I bought the Exit Franchise!  Go buy a franchise!  I hear the owners of Exit California are really good people, but in the event you needed more help,  I'll be there for you :)  Thats what is awesome about Exit...we SHARE our ideas and training because we have a vested interest in  the peeps we refer!  How sweet it is!  If you are seriouslt thinking about being Exitized call me!
