Nice photo Melissa.  I love how they are centered in the frame with their necks seemingly twisted.  How do Giraffes sleep?

Hey Melissa that's a really good photo. So where do you get to take photos of giraffes other than the zoo?

Not a real person
San Diego, CA

So the giraffes I see at the Zoo are not the real thing? They eat, sleep, and poop!

How about the Wild Animal Park? Are those giraffes real? LOL

I'm going to be up in your area for home inspections on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm hoping to make a quick stop by the Wild Animal Park.

Russel: I know when I was writing this that all giraffes were the real deal. I thought: Nobody is going to say anything (and I was a little too lazy to change the title ;-)

Anyway . . . photo was taken on an African photo safari. Yes, I am fully aware that giraffes in zoos and wild animal sanctuaries are also the real thing. My apologies to te literalists.

How beautiful they are.  The giraffes were always one of my favorites when I went to the zoo.  How exciting it must be to see them in their natural habitat!
