Green Hills - Sales of homes in Green Hills are still a little slower than usual in the month of July. with 21 homes closed, compared to 32 for july of 2008.

The average price of homes sold in Green hills for july of 2009 is $682,250 compared to $690,384 in 2009.

THe average size of homes sold in july was 3715 square ft compared to 3562 square ft in 2008.

Overall the average price of real estate sold in Green Hills dropped 1 percent in 2009 compared to 2008.

Larry, only 1% that is not bad. Gee, I gotta get down there. Our sellers are dealing with prices back to 1998-2001 depending on the area.

If I lived in Nashville it would be in Green Hills. My wife went to school at Lipscomb. Green Hills has always been my favorite area of Nashville. I really like the Mall there and the cheesecake factory.

Missy - It's Green Hills. you know that area is always in demand.

Real Estate in Green hills is always in high demand. The easy commute to nashville, and the shops in Green Hills mall make it a favorite for the more affluent customers.
