So far we are doing about on average 3 BPO's per day. we think that is great considering we just entered this type of market. We have had a few asset management companies state to us that we will be receiving REO listings coming up in the next 30 days (and not our area us as a team). So our question to all is now that we are signed up with all the companies and receiving BPOS. should we start contacting the companies direct to butter them up to get their listings? We have see mixed feeling about calling companies

When they call with a new BPO its a good time to ask and remind them that you are due for a REO assignment.
