I have really enjoyed my TREO 650 for the past two and a half years. Right now is beginning to show its life. I would like to purchase a newer version. I have been on the phone with Sprint and they recommended the Palm TREO 775P or the PALM CENTRO. I would like to be able to use the electronic lock box with it and be able to syc my contacts with Microsoft Outlook. If anyone has bought either phone or have a better suggestion, please let me know.

Sincerely awaiting your profetional opinion.

After my third 650 died, I was forced to trade "up".  I had to settle for a Centro because it's the only Palm that Verizon supports.  It's OK, but a bit slow, and the buttons are too small.  Battery life isn't great, either.  I have to recharge every night.

I'm waiting for Verizon to get the Palm Pre...

Katina, I have trade up from 655p to the 755p as a back up phone. I like it. I use on the everyday basis a 8830 blackberry. I fully enjoy and very work friendly. I have not up to the surpra  key but I believe it is comt. good luck.

I agree with Brian...you should wait for the Pre, although I'm not sure if Supra technology has caught up yet. The phone is incredible....I have the Pre and the Blackberry as I have to utilize different phones for different businesses. Both have great features....just have to see what works best for you.

Dear Brian, Frank and Bill,

Thank you for the information, But does ether of the 755p or centro do both of what I would like to have. Maybe I want too much. I want to stay with Sprint, Also, I might consider changing carriers. I will check out Verizon.

Katina, you won't be able to use the Palm Pre for an MLS key because it doesn't have an Infrared Port which is required to beam the lockbox signal.  However the Palm Pro does have the Infrared Port and comes with Microsoft Office for PDA that can sync with Microsoft Outlook and runs Windows for mobile as it's software. (verses Palm's proprietary software which i believe both the 755p and Centro use)  The Palm Pro is the best all around phone I've been able to find for what a Realtor needs especially if they need Windows program integration like Outlook.

Blackberries can be used as an MLS Key but you need an additional Dongle that attaches to the Blackberry to make it work but they are not a native Windows platform so I believe you need workaround software to get it to sink with Outlook if it can even be done at all.  I hope this helps.
