The Tuesday Trip

This past Sunday, my husband and I went to Devil's Lake State Park. We hiked around the whole thing! Ugh! It was a gorgeous day, and we had a blast. I recommend it most highly! Here are a few of our photos (notice I try to stay out of them as much as possible!! )

That was a long hike. I know your husband is as strong as an ox, but he can move stone?

Kristin is that in WI? Looks like a great place to hike, I would love to do that. How long was it?

Funny stuff! well WI is a long ride, I guess I will not be hiking there anytime soon!

Tom, it sure was, but we are both strong as oxen!!! He hee...he couldn't quite move balanced rock though!

Robert, that is Devils Lake State Park in Wisconsin. I didn't see that link (?)...Hmm....Yes, you will have to do it...there are various hikes and trails...we went around the entire lake, all bluffs and in between.

Hi Kristen-These are gorgeous pics. You aren't in any of them my friend. Are you by chance camera shy? I would say YES. :-) Now the one with hubby holding up the rock would have been a good one to have you in doing. :-)

Kristin, great photos! Other than the hiking itself, it looks like a beautiful place to spend a day or two!

What a coincidence! Not many people know about this great hiking area. My brother just returned from three days hiking there. He can't stop talking about it. Since we already live in Paradise (Hawaii), we don't need to go anywhere! ; ))

He hee hee TOny and Darcy, the hiking is great too!!

Douglas...that is a coincidence....3 days wow! I guess we didnt get to a few trails :-)
