Creekstone Estates is certainly nice. I've sold two homes in there and next year will obtain a listing, around June.
I'm luke warm on CE.
The homes are what I would call mid-range, medium-high end. Heck of a description, huh? LOL. Some of the builders in there are impressive, some not so outstanding.
My main beef with this community is the lack of amenities and what I perceive to be over priced homes. The swim tennis areas are fairly pedestrian. There's no golf. No forest, no horse stables, not much.
Also, the location is "ok" for access to 400, but it puts you pretty far north on 141 to go very far south on 141 on any regular basis.
Finally, the entrance to this community is very odd to say the least.
All that said, some of the homes are spectacular, the residents are a good group, it's beautiful in there and the taxes are low - schools are great.
