Did you know there are brand new three bedroom townhouses in Haymarket starting at $279,990?  Wait just a minute...it gets better.  These brand new, three bedroom garage townhouses are available for 100% financing, and you don't have to be Veteran or take a VHDA class to qualify.

These brand new Haymarket townhouses qualify for 100% financing with USDA loans.  While these loans are for rural, agricultural type properties, these brand new townhouse qualify because the land where they are being built used to be zoned agricultural.  A wonderful loophole that can benefit you!

Ryland Homes is offering these brand new stacked townhouses in Market Center at Haymarket.  The townhouses are condo ownership, which means any exterior maintenance is handled by the condo association.  No mowing.  No gutter cleaning.  No painting exterior trim.

The townhouses come in four different models:  Jamestown, Leesburg, Middleburg and Yorktown.  Click the links for information on other models.  This post features the Yorktown model...my personal favorite.

The Yorktown is one of the largest three bedroom townhouses offered by Ryland Homes in Market Center at Haymarket.  It has the same square footage as the Middleburg model at 2384.  The difference is how it is laid out.  You'll still enter through the attached garage, or front door entrance, which bring you in on the ground levels of the building.  Your living area is nestled atop the the two uppermost levels of the four story building and is worth every step you take!

The Yorktown is dramatic as you ascend the stairs to see a sunken formal living room with one and a half story ceilings and windows just as tall.  The Palladian window on the long wall of the living room is just fantastic.

Just above the formal living room is the formal dining room.  A banister keeps the areas open to one another.  The layout of these two rooms alone will wow you.  Such an elegant touch.

Beyond the formal dining room are the more casual, everyday rooms.  Family room, complete with gas fireplace, is open to the eat-in kitchen.  Step out for a fresh breath on the balcony just off the dinette.

Walk back toward the dining room and continue toward staircase.  (Don't forget to sneak a peek at the powder room that serves the main level.)  It's time to take a look at the bedrooms upstairs.

The Master Suite continues the elegant them with a vaulted ceiling, his and hers walk in closets and a luxury master bathroom, complete with dual vanity, separate shower stall and soaking tub.  Feel spoiled yet?  Did I mention the full size washer and dryer that will fit in your bedroom level laundry area?

Second and third bedrooms are generously proportioned and just about equal in size.  The second full bathroom, just off the hallway, is there for these two rooms to share.

There are no deliveries slotted before the $8,000 tax credit expires on December 1, 2009.  However, if you qualify for the 100% USDA financing available on these townhouses, you can save yourself a minimum of $9,800 in what you would pay for an FHA loan down payment.  Certainly worth investigating if you are in the market for a three bedroom Haymarket townhouse.

Market Center at Haymarket is convenient to Route 66 and Route 15 (less than one mile away) and the Heathcote Health Center.  Call me if you would like to take a look!

I wonder if these have sold out yet?  I saw a great rental listing over there the other day.  It was a Yorktown just like this.  So much space.

Anne:  The Yorktown is a great home.  My brother bought one in Centreville. He loves it.

Is that what your brother bought?  Where are they building them in Centreville?  Is it near where the library is?  This is a great floor plan.

Anne:  You are right.  They are by the library off of St. Germain.
