To read or not to Read is the question?

I have a question for all you active rain people.  Our company is trying to get some more business going by having a point system competition. There are 30itmes to do within the next 30 days to increase our business.  Three of the items have to do with reading.  The question I pose for you is below:

1.  What magazine, website, or book would you read to help improve your sales skills?

2.  What magazine, website or book would you read to help improve negotiating skills?

3.  What magazine, website or book would you read just to help your self? i.e. self improvement, finance, psychology, business management, goal planning.  

I would like to hear some response from you, please let me know.
