How To Buy A Home In The Rogue Valley Oregon | Using City Of Medford First Time Buyer Program

• You have enrolled in the ABC's of Homebuying Class, given by ACCESS, Inc.

To qualify, the home to be purchased must:

• Be located within the Medford City limits.
• Be your primary residence.
• Have a full home inspection conducted, including a lead based paint inspection.
