The Waipio Gentry area includes Crestview and Seaview.
Single Family homes sales have softened. Average sales prices of single family homes have softened slightly due to the average number of days on the market. Sales volume has seen a slight increase over 2006. Buyers will find sellers to still be somewhat negotiable and with continued low mortgage interest rates it is a good time to purchase in the Waipio Gentry Area.
Condo and townhouse sales are another story. Inventory is relatively low and prices have continued to climb, although sales volume is slipped some. The condo market in the Waipio gentry Area is a little more balanced between buyers and sellers, making it a good market for both buyers and sellers.
