It's hard to believe that the Carolina Preserve at Del Webb in Cary is celebrating it's 1st anniversary. This time last year the Carolina Preserve neighborhood had just opened its doors. The community has nine model homes
that opened during the summer. I've brought several clients to the neighborhood and most of them are pleasantly suprised at what a fantastic job Pulte homes has done. They have really done their homework on this demographic and are delivering wonderfully appointed and affordable ranch homes for Active 55+.

WHAT: Del Webb is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its model park at Carolina Preserve in Cary, N.C., the Triangle's first active adult community for those 55 and better. The "model park" is a group of nine model homes designed to give potential homebuyers the opportunity to see a variety of homes, amenities and upgrades that are offered.
As part of the anniversary, the public is invited to tour the model homes and enjoy other activities such as a backyard BBQ, wine tastings, palm and tarot card readings by a fortuneteller, bingo, caricatures and a magic show. Current residents will also lead a golf cart parade and give bocce ball lessons.

Don't forget, Carolina Preserve is winding down Phase II already!! Homesites purchased now will be pre-sold and delivered in March to July 2008.
