Home Inspection period is very important in any sale. The buyer has the most to gain during inspections. If any obvious defects are found the buyer will have options. The most obvious includes terminate the sale. This would be a worst case for the seller. Most often, the buyer would ask for the seller to correct the deficiency. The correction may come in the form of actual correction or in monetary form.
