Log Cabin Estate on Lake Norman

I couldn't resist sharing this photo of one of my favoirte homes on Lake Norman which I took this summer after viewing some waterfront homes for one of my buyers. It's not often that you find a log cabin ESTATE complete with its own vineyard. This property is located along the Western shoreline of Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford just off of Molly's Backbone on Azalea Road. No, I did not make up the street names!

It is unusual for log construction on a property of that size. What a wonderful setting.

Hi Diane, I surely appreciate this photo. When I frist glanced at it, I was sure it was your own home. This looks like it could be used in a movie setting. It is only perfect.

David: Yes, it truly is beautiful here!

Robert: I guess that depends on your price range:)

Terry: Yes, it is unusual. I believe it was custom built for a celebrity whose name escapes me now!

William: No, when we moved here we wanted to have no financial stress so this would not have worked for us but it certainly is beautiful!

Margaret: It has been on the market for about 2 years! It would be fun to market, wouldn't it?

Janice: It is so unique that I'm afraid it has been sitting on the market for several years. Thank you!
