NorthPoint has a no-cost realtor co-marketing program that pays our realtor partners a 25% perpetual referral fee. Everytime a referral completes a transaction using our services we pay our realtor partner a fee. Most of our clients are building multiple property portfolios, which means multiple transactions, which means multiple referral fees to the realtor for one referral.
