Oh yeah, I agree with this. I have a client who is extremely confidential and it was like pulling teeth to get him to fess up the goods.....There are so many conditions that need to be met that here in California, it is almost impossible to get a loan now of days due to the conditions of homes currently on the market. Hope all is well in Colorado and remember I am always up for referrals.
