Ah yes, the sport I intended to take up after moving to Hawaii. I got one lesson in before taking up real estate and it went on hold at that point.

Now this looks like fun. Count me in for a round. The weather is perfect now that it is cooling off a bit.

Golf is the perfect sport for Real Estate. You go out to the course as a single.You ask to play with a twosome or threesome. You have a captive audience for the next several hours. People who can play golf in the middle of the weekday often times will have disposable income that can be used for investments.

I have never played golf yet that when I brought up the fact that I sold real estate that the other parties began exploring the conversation further.

So my suggestion to you my friend is to get out there and ' Swing Away '!
