Our Southern California Chapter of CRS is sponsoring another in a series of REO classes in Southern California in El Cajon in September on the 11th (for REO 101) and the 25th (for REO 102 - attendance at 101 is required.
Given the number of REOs in our neck of the woods, having the knowledge to properly handle REOs listings can be a great boost to your business. Our SOCal CRS Chapter has sponsored 4 other sets of REO classes to sell-out crowds of agents since last fall, and this series should be no exception, particularly given the expectation of a big chunk of these types of proeprties coming our way later this year and beyond.
