We were very lucky to work on a wonderful project a few months back on Harper Avenue in El Cerrito. We were very pleased to take on the job as we were referred to the project by one of our fellow stagers here on ActiveRain Cindy Lin.  She was kind enough to refer the homeowner to us and it turned into a four month project with great results (sold in 6 days for the highest amount in the area).

Now, we have two more to thank her for on the same street. The homeowners came into that project and called us to help with another project we just finished today. It as only a three month project this time - lots of work, but great results. The clients agreed to most of the improvements on our list - and the house turned out better than they hoped. In addition, we just finished a consultation on the same street with another client that we will begin working on soon!

We love the neighborhood and look forward to transforming the entire street before we are done.  Here are a few photos of the project we finished today. After it's sold we will be posting the amazing before and afters...it doesn't look like the same house! Thank you Cindy Lin!

The home looks incredible, Kym.  I especially like that black and white bedding and the use of the red pillows was perfect!

Great job!  I really like your staging in this house.  How fun to be able to work on the same street - good luck!

Hi Kym,

Your staging compliments that home beautifully.  The breakfast area is lovely with just enough furniture to enhance but not interfere with the incredible view.  Love the bedroom as well with the pop of the red accent pillows.  Delicious!   I'd love to live there.

Beautiful job! You really took great advantage of the views too.  Love the clockless arms?  Is that what tha would be called?

That dining set in the window.  That's it!  The entire staging is beautifl but that particular room is the star performer!

Hi cindy - yes love that fun clock - not sure what to call it but would love to find some more. They were a one and only find!

The views from every house on this hill are incredible - a big plus for this home - we cleared an area out that made a clear path from the front door to this view. Hoping for a quick sale.

The house looks aMAzing, and what VIEWS!!!! (wow!)

I also love that clock idea for the wall, mind if I "barrow" something like that in the future? ;)

Beautiful job, Kym! I hope it sells quickly, so we can see those befores & afters you've promised us! It's hard to pick a favorite room, but I keep coming back to that black and white bed with the red pillows, and those great lamps. Though that glass room with the table is amazing, too...

Hi Connie and Laurie - I hope you are both well. Go to it Connie - when you find them could you let me know the brand I want to buy some more. How fun would they be painted on a wall of a design to live clients house! Great for a kids room...all sorts of ideas come to mind.

Laurie - how are things in Florida? I am sure you two are staging up a storm. Lovely to see your smiling faces here. Kym

Thanks Chrissie and Kathy - I was thinking of doing some fun marketing piece and  walk the neighborhood (lots of hills great exercise) and leave it with the homeowners. Its a great way to have them come to me first then I can refer my wonderful loyal Realtors who I work with in this area. They just love referrals and it increases my business. Now finding time for that....
