Real Estate Guy of Madison Wi is on an intensive training in Austin.  

The first day was on Technology.  Wow the things i thought i knew!!!

But the main idea i received today, along with a comment earlier in the week, that my blogs are too much about me and the team.   What do you think?

I have been thinking that maybe that was the case, but before i go into an action plan of how i am going to change that, I want to apologize and explain where the blog is coming from. 

As those of you who know me, I am not very egotistical. However in this tough market, i believed that my potential clients need to know that i am confident.  They want to know that me and my team can help them get the job done.  I wanted to exude confidence and hope for my sellers in a tough market. 

Anyway, maybe i have gone too far and i want to change direction.   I need you as a regular reader to tell me what you want from your real estate agent.    What do you want to hear?
