There were 833 residential properties sold in July with an average sales price of $261,529 and median price of $182,000. This was a 5.6% increase over June sales with a 5.5% decrease in median price. The average days on the market was 122 with a 93% sales to list price ratio. For every two homes newly listed for sale approximately one home sold.
There are currently 10,043 residential properties listed in the Charleston Trident Assocaiton of Realtors MLS. Of these, 6,746 are single family detached homes.
