The months of supply of homes for sale is extremely low for single family homes in Chino. Since this time last year, the
supply of homes for sale has decreased by 76%.


The supply and demand for single family homes in Chino shows us that the supply for the month of July is down 51% and
the demand for single family homes is down by 2% since last July. This shows that the demand for homes continues to
outpace the supply of homes significantly, thus creating a sellers market in Chino.
In the city of Chino over the past year the median sales price has decreased by 16%. The current median sale price for
single family homes is $293,000.


The good news is that since this time last year, there has been an increase in the number of homes sold in July by 47%.
